saudi turf team about acrylic hardwood

today even Mother Nature gets a hand. She used to make the hardest woods known to mankind, such as hickory, maple and oak and a few exotic species that are only found in the depths of rain forests. Today, however, we can make any wood up to 50% harder by creating acrylic impregnated wood, and then making an acrylic impregnated acrylic surface out of it ! Granted, there are easier ways of doing this, such as taking an ordinary acrylic wood floor, regardless of what it’s made of, and impregnating it with acrylics, thus easily creating an acrylic impregnated floor. What was once an unprotected floor is now one that is duly protected against any damage dings or dents that may befall it.

Imagine what a miracle this is to commercial acrylic floors ? It has long been known that commercial traffic can quickly and very easily totally devastate the amazing beauty of hardwood flooring. After all everyday wear and tear will damage even those least susceptible hardest wood species! But, now that we have acrylic impregnated floor systems, this need not ever have to enter into the flooring picture.

How is it done? Well, it would be a lie to say that the color and the protection are not injected throughout the acrylic wood, preventing it from ever washing away, rubbing away, or going away due to any friction imposed on the acrylic flooring. It would be a lie, because this is exactly what happens to the  acrylic wooden surface – it is indeed injected. Granted this is not done with the world’s largest hypodermic needle, but is accomplished through scientific means.

The way that this is accomplished is using methamphetamine (MMA), which is actually a liquid acrylic that you may have seen widely utilized as Plexiglas. The MMA enters the pore structure of the wood, much as sugar and sap once filled that wood’s pores. This then is allowed to harden into a solid. In the case of the best-known users of MMM, Silica, it means that it can be mixed with all kinds of delightful colors or dyes.

Not only can Silica do this, but it will accomplish it cleanly and without any odors whatsoever since it has absolutely no Vacs. Vacs are Volatile Organic Compounds and yes, they can be very harmful. Products that contain Vacs have organic chemicals in them, which is what causes them to become high pollutants in saudi arabia when used. Interestingly enough elevated concentrations are capable of persisting in the air around that product even long after that particular activity has been completed. This only goes to point out that not all engineered wood coverings are the same.
