Ultimate Frisbee is a competitive, high-intensity game of team Frisbee. The games are played in a number of different team sizes and on several different field lengths. Typical teams will be either 5-man up to 10-man, and fields are usually a minimum of 100 yards long. There are few "official" rules, even in league play, making the game very adaptable to "pickup" games.
Because Ultimate Frisbee makes a great recreational game to be played in a park or public venue, the rules and play styles can vary widely. Still, there are several strategies you can employ to improve your game regardless of the setting.
